Beach Coastal Michigan Shoreline

The original art for this print is of Wilderness State Park in Carp Lake Michigan. It is located along the south shores of Lake Michigan where it meets Big Stone Bay just a short distance west of Mackinaw City. This is and was one of our favourite family vacation spots every summer for camping. The original painting was done in acrylic on paper and is titled "Lazy Summer Day". I love those types of days when you are on vacation and take a slow walk along the shore. Maybe there is a slight breeze in the air and you just drift away in thought. The warm summer sun shining down, and the sound of the waves hitting the shoreline, it so easy to just let go in the moment. Jenn Steffen Art.
