I originally ordered a sticker that when printed was difficult to read and I was disappointed in the final product. (The aqua font color was hard to see). After calling to discuss options, the customer service representative didn't even hesitate to accomodate my request. He allowed me to exchange by giving me a store credit for my original purchase, and so I was able to customize a new sticker that I made in darker font color. This time, it was easy to see and read and I love it! I would definitely recommed Zazzle to everyone! Great quality. Great service.
