Bertuccio's Bride (by Edward Robert Hughes) Canvas Print

The painting is based on the old Italian story of Bertuccio, who has freed a maiden from robbers who were attacking her, but the maiden turned out to be a princess, and Bertuccio seeks the help of knight in order to marry her.
