I ordered this on the 23rd, a label was created on the 27th pending pickup. It wasn't picked up until the 4th, and I still don't have it because it's been in a different state since the 9th. I've contacted customer service numerous times because the transit time was off, but I don't think anyone actually looked into it, because I was given the 7th as the "at the latest" delivery time. Im really disappointed. Hasn't arrived yet.
