Biden was not fairly elected in 2020. Ample evidence of election fraud was proven through more than 1,000 legally binding affidavits from witnesses, video captures of criminal vote tampering on election night, liberal local government officials refusing to purge voter rolls of dead people and non-residents, secretaries of state mass mailing unsolicited mail-in ballots, numerous drop boxes in streets, foreign hostiles tapping into the Dominion machines, and at the very least, statistical anomalies. Therefore, the current person in office is not a legitimate president.
