Vintage Funeral Black Gold Memorial Prayer Card
A memorial prayer card with a vintage air for a funeral. On both sides, it is black and it has an elegant baroque vintage gold frame. On the front, there is a vintage oval photo with golden border and golden text under it. The name is written in an elegant calligraphic script. On the back there is a prayer, in golden caps, with a golden cross above it. The background with its elegant baroque gold decorations on blue leather binding is from a vintage French book cover binding, by Georges Mercier (1885-1939) - Madame de Maupin by Teophile Gautier, volume 1, edition 1911, Paris - now in the public domain, from The New York Public Library. The placeholder photo, an old sepia portrait of a young man from 1882, is in the public domain; it was offered by Jody LaGreca at Public Domain Pictures.
