Birch Trees in a Romanian Forest (by Kimon Loghi) Tile
This design features a painting by the Romanian Post-Impressionist artist Kimon Loghi (1871–1952). It shows a woodland scene with prominent birch trees. There are some brown autumn leaves in the background. In botanical terms, a birch tree is a thin-leaved deciduous hardwood tree of the genus Betula; it has a slender trunk that is made up of different shades of grey. Beneath the trees is a grassy floor with some red wildflowers growing. The sky is clear and light blue.

Really nice image fixed to the tiles in my shower as a background to a soap dish. This was to hide the marks left by a broken soap dish. Just used tile adhesive and white grout. I think it looks good, almost like the drips are falling from the soap dish. No probs. Nice image.
