This review is in two parts first part is the mug I would give the mug 5 star review it is all I had hoped for but here comes the second part of the review I ordered the mug June 21 my order said would arrive July 7 I checked periodically on the status of my order always saying being made when July 7 arrived and no mug I became concerned it seems the production team forgot my order as I found out by calling customer service it became a red alert on July 8 I called again a few days later to find out it was made and being shipped I received my order 6 days late on July 13. The design is excellent

I loved designing this mug using images stored on Zazzle. Was able to choose the font for the name and uplaod a background for behind the name, and a fabulous image of a black and white horse. It came out beautifully well and I was well pleased.
