I received my business cards today, and unfortunately they arrived with a significant manufacturing defect.
As shown in the attached photos, the edges of nearly all the cards are frayed and peeling. The problem affects the entire batch and appears to be caused during the cutting or finishing process, not during shipping.
These business cards do not meet professional quality standards, and I cannot hand them to clients in this condition. As a real estate professional, my business card represents my brand and first impression.
I would appreciate a full reprint of the entire order at no additional cost. Please let me know when the replacement order will be processed and shipped Thank you, and I look forward to resolving this promptly.

The Zazzle business card design tool was excellent, easy to use and offering plenty of options.
I wanted a card ln portrait with space to display my jewellery and my logo.
The basic Zazzle cards are great quality and sturdy enough to take a necklace and earrings without buckling.
A little pricey, but worth it to have my own design, as I wanted it.

Zazzle reproduced these precisely and without any fuzz or blur.
Colour was as expected, even though it was hard to choose sometimes as monitors vary.
