Black with a White Crow. Laptop Sleeve

I am very glad I bought this laptop sleeve. Everything about the sleeve is high quality: the material is thick and surprisingly well padded, the zippers open and close gracefully without getting caught or snagged, and the stitching is sturdy and discreet. There isn't one thing I don't like about this. I bought the sleeve to protect my brand new laptop from getting scratched in my book bag when I bring it to classes with me, but this sleeve offers even more protection than I expected. I poured some water on the sleeve (on purpose), and it just sat there: it didn't get absorbed into the outer fabric, or the layer of padding directly beneath it. I didn't wait too long to wipe the water off, but I now know that I don't have to worry about drinking coffee or anything else with my laptop nearby as long as it's in this sleeve. I have an Acer Aspire M (Ultrabook) that is 14". Originally, I purchased this laptop sleeve in a size 13"-14", but it proved to be too small for my laptop. I took advantage of Zazzle's 100% satisfaction guarantee, and I sent the Zazzle team a Return Request email. Almost immediately, Miriam was giving me polite, concise, and clear directions how to exchange my 13"-14" laptop sleeve for a larger size. Within a few days, I had my new 15"-17" sleeve. I am definitely going to be a long-term customer of Zazzle; their website, products, shipping, and customer service are unparalleled. I am extremely pleased with the printing on my laptop sleeve. The black is dark and rich; and, the white is very sharp and crisp. The "Black with a White Crow" design actually looks better on the sleeve than it does in the pictures on the website. There are no "ghosts" on my sleeve: there is one perfectly centered crow with very sharp and detailed edges. I would have understood if the ink smudged, ran, or faded between the printing and shipping process, but none of these things happened. The design's quality, the richness of the colors, and the resolution of the picture are all 100% perfect. I am extremely pleased with the "Black with a White Crow" design, and with this laptop sleeve as a whole. Thank you Zazzle!

I absolutely love this artwork, it looks stunning. Also the quality of this product was excellent. My only issue was that this 15 inch sleeve was huge. It drowned my laptop. My laptop is 14 inches. So even through I have had to exchange this product, I want to show how good the black and white looks. Wonderful quick helpful service from zazzle customer service too. Thank you. .
