I ordered two bowls. I had them at my house in just a few days. They were packaged so well with bubble wrap. This was great, as whoever delivered them threw them out of the truck next to my gate even though the box was clearly marked "fragile." Both bowls were safely intact. Thank you for taking the time to wrap them carefully. Just gorgeous. It looks exactly like I requested from the different types and size of fonts to the background. Looks very professional!

However I think you need to have words with UPS as it is a miracle I received my order.
They said I wasn't in even though I was in all day and they posted the failed delivery card through a letter box in a different street to where I live. If there hadn't been tracking I wouldn't even know it had arrived.
