I was not happy with the finished product, Customer Service was nice enough to send me a replacement..However the replacement is the exact same.
I ordered HIGH GLOSS and received matte business cards.
I don't know why this is an issue. My first order of 100 business cards were beautiful. I will not be passing out the matte cards because they look like Xerox copies 😞
I really liked my first order and received a lot of compliments so I might just place an entirely new order and consider the $75 a loss🤔 .
