Blue Night, London (c. 1894-1909) by American artist Joseph Pennell. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennell made his home in London and taught at an art school there. He is distinguished as an original etcher, lithographer, and illustrator and made many works depicting landmarks and abstract cityscapes.
