Blue & Silver Spotted Scrapbook Paper
Blue scrapbook paper with a faded silver effect spot pattern.
This shabby style paper is perfect for making scrapbook backgrounds, journals and collages.
This paper has a plain blue background but you can choose to have the main pattern on front and back by going in to 'edit design' and clicking the little eye symbol on the background layer, or you can edit the plain colour of the background layer if desired.
Please note that there is no actual foil used in this design.
