The only reason I took one star away is because the process of laying out the photos and text doesn't allow you to zoom in easily or enough for precise placement. Fast shipping and excellent opportunity to create a customized item for your child or friend, for example, for a birthday or special occasion. (Think: birthday present, wedding favor, family reunion, end of year school class or teacher gifts, etc). Image quality was excellent. Very clear and nice colors.
