Cons - Had trouble with website...had to start over entering information multiple times before I could submit order. Thought I had ordered envelopes with return address printed, but I had not.
Pros - Pleased with speed of processing...received order in 4 days (standard shipping) and it was correct. Very pleased with the cardstock, colors and printing quality. Would use Zazzle again.
