Brooch Targe Pin
The Brooch Targe is a hand tooled leather shield with Celtic designs inspired by jewellery unearthed in the UK that was dated to 1000 AD. This targe is a fully functional piece of art. It has a 19 inch diameter, has a 3/4 inch plywood core, and features a hand hammered, etched brass boss. The back is covered with hair-on cow hide and has an adjustable arm strap and adjustable hand grip. Also attached to the back is a spike sheath which fits both the capped spike and 7 inch shield spike. CelticLeatherworks.com
