Got a call early this month from the widow of a guy who was in his youth an aspiring magician, and who collected tons of old magic/magician posters, and other items. The other items are SUPER cool, and I’m really hoping she’ll let me buy them from her. I digress. Unlike some of the other magicians on some of his other posters, there’s very little on the ‘net about Brush the Mystic, shown here executing his ‘Hindu Basket’ trick. Obscure he may but, this image appears - marvellously, magically and awesomely - on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including postcards. Wanna see more old?
