I've bought Hanes stuff for lounging around before and never had it run small. This one fits but will have to dry it differently than other shirts as there isn't enough room to lose anymore to shrinking. I bought another shirt in American Apparel and it was a much better fit in my opinion! Nothing was wrong with the printing except it was already faded and I haven't washed it yet. I blame the fabric more than the printing thought!
