Burgundy & Cream Floral Surprise Birthday Party Invitation

Zazzle saved me from a disaster. I was planning a surprise birthday party for my 90-year-old mother. I had ordered beautiful invitations from Zazzle, but they got lost in transit. After waiting two weeks I was frantic that I wouldn't have time to mail them to all the guests. I called Zazzle customer service and was very upset. The lady told me she understood and would do everything she could to help me out. While reviewing my order I realized I had left my RSVP phone number off the invitations. They allowed me to add this information and had new invitations printed immediately. Zazzle then overnighted the order without any additional cost to me. My husband and I got the invitations to the party and mailed them out to the guests. Thanks to Zazzle the party turned out great. I will use them again as they are dependable when there is a problem and they’ll fix it immediately. They turned out beautifully! I even got compliments from several of the guests that they loved their elegance.
