Many small and home-based business owners do their own bookkeeping before sending the paperwork to an accountant for tax returns. I've created a set of self-inking stamps that I need for my own design business, including this stamp that says "RECEIVED" above space to hand-write a date. My accountant likes to see this on notices and forms my business receives that are date-specific. You can use the black ink as shown... or change the ink colour to suit your own tastes. Also in this set are VOID, ENTERED AND PAID.
