This is a very good product - this particular map is considered by many as "the most aesthetically pleasing map made of California.". The printing was excellent, but there are some smudges (probably on the original map) that if removed, would make this an even better product.

This is a great copy of several I have seen of this important map; however, there are several smudges that read onto the film positive from which prints are made. One is on the last scale bar in the cartouche in the lower left-hand corner, the second on the "inner" coast of California about halfway up (looks like a feather in outline), and the last, in the last 6 in the date 1666 in the main cartouche. If these could be removed, you would really have a fantastic piece, both aesthetically and historically! Very good printing quality - all lettering, figures & colors sharp & clear.

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame. This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again. One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up. Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font. Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
