This is a picture of the Capital Wheel at National Harbour on the Potomac river. Taken on an early summer day, the people enjoy the last rise of sunshine before the sun goes to sleep for the evening. The beautiful colours of the day inspired me to take the shot with the Woodrow Wilson bridge in the background.
