Carpenter - The humble shop plane Wrapping Paper

These days the shop plane is an overlooked device, it's not used that much any more. However it's still useful to have, as it's great for un-sticking a door, best of all it doesn't need power. But it still needs adjusting and sharpening. However back in the day the plane was used for everything. Cleaning and edge, flattening a board, shaping a boat, even making moulding. A typical shop may have several hundred planes. Being carpenters they could make these planes themselves. All they needed was a blacksmith to make the blade.

I really liked this product, the picture is lovely and the colours are really nice. I wanted it to up-cycle a writing bureau and I was concerned that the paper may be too thin. But it wasn't and it worked fine. On the pictures I have uploaded the print looks a bit aged and not so vivid and new looking. As I wanted an aged patina but the actual print is clearer and the colours are brighter. The colour and prints are good.
