The tag is heavy duty and the quality is good. The writing is small but I wanted a lot of info on it so that is to be expected. It's pretty pricey for what it is but I appreciated the ability to customize so I had to pay for that. Shipping was within the time frame specified, charges were a bit high.. I bought this tag to go on my deceased dog Arinna's casket which contains her ashes. I could not be happier with it. It has provided the finishing touches to her casket which is in the shape of a German Shepherd. This dog tag is on a small collar around the neck of the casket. Thank you for such a superb tag. The printing of the photo on the dog tag is perfect.
