Casual Handwriting To Do List Purple and White Post-it Notes

This fun design features a white background surrounded by a deep purple border that can be changed to any colour you like. I've used a casual handwritten font to create a graphic that reads "to do list", and angled it quite large at the top. The word "Date" with a light line appears below the header, and beneath that, ten lines with square check boxes to the left. Your name appears at the bottom in an all caps, serif font that can be changed if you wish. There is an unlined version, as well.
