Libby is a sneaky cat who always escapes her home and tries to get into places she shouldn't be, like the school library! This is one of my illustrations from "The Library Kitty" by Maria Powell (on Amazon and BarnesAndNoble) and it just seemed fitting to throw on a mug! She reads through osmosis!
