Change of Plans Wedding Cancellation Postponement Announcement Postcard

I really did like this product, its exactly what I wanted. However, my product did not arrive on time. I ordered these because we had to change our plans regarding our wedding and the covid pandemic. I was very disappointed in the support staff and the lack of their understanding my frustration. I also did not appreciate one of their replies was "well did you ask your friends and family if they had picked up the package and not told you? or that my package had arrived and my package had not been delivered yet. or have you contacted the delivery service? or blaming covid for the delay (Without informing me that a delay may occur due to covid)" I I felt like the support staff constantly tried to make it out to be my fault. I was not impressed with their service and currently would not recommend any of there products until they change how their support staff answers emails. the product itself was what I wanted.

When I place my order, I was kind of nervous, scared that something would not come out right or something would be misspelled but when I got the invitations, they are perfect.I am so happy. Customer service kept me informed on ever step, and they arrive two days early. I’m so happy.
