Chicago was known for streetcars or electric trains, trollies, and traction. This image is looking East off the California Avenue Lake Street L Line which was built in 1894. This view is from1950.

Beautiful card to commemorate a Saints feast day. Disappointed it didn’t come with an envelope though, but I’m sure this was just an oversight. Have ordered from this shop before and the products are always beautifully unique. Printing perfect as always. Lots of beautiful designs to choose from.
