The Horary Chinese body/organ clock of the five elements of acupuncture. The 24 hour Qi meridian cycle is shown on the clock face. The meridians in the centre are AM. The meridians on the outer side are PM. 1 pm to 3 pm shows the time when the small intestine meridian is most active. Used by acupuncturists, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, holistic healers, astrologist and naturopaths.
