Chocolate Mummy Card

The card stock was beyond expectations and the card is perfect. Printing turned out wonderful and legible - perfect placement of everything

I placed my order and received a confirmation email. My order was expected to ship and I would reveive within 7-10 days. After the 17th day (I guess I should have tracked better) I still hadn't received my business cards! I called customer service to be told that the paper I had ordered was out of stock and it appeared that it would take quite a while to get restocked!! I was never phoned or emailed about this; had I been, I would have chosen an alternate. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and he suggested a different paper and I received my order 2 days later with complimentary shipping. I really wanted the original paper selection...I feel like I had to "settle" for a lower grade paper AFTER 17 days and paying for a product... The printing turned out very nice and I am happy about the outcome, but just not happy about the process! If a product (paper) choice is "out of stock", then it should be displayed as such on the order page!!
