Beautiful design on the card, however the smaller photos on the back became very blurry despite using high resolution images. And several of my cards came ripped or with the corners bent.

I purchased this item on November 27th with expected delivery date of December 9th. On December 4th I received an email that the item had shipped, still stating delivery to be “on or before December 9th”. Today is December 11th & my item hasn’t even been received by the postal service. Only a label has been created. I’ve reached out to customer service on multiple occasions with no response for the request of a refund for my purchase plus the shipping amount paid. Customer service for Zazzle is clearly terrible. Maybe the review will help me with my refund request given that delivering the cards to me will be pointless because Christmas will be come & gone. .
