    Captured this horizon snap on the coast of Florida during Winter of 2019. I love the ocean/beach like I do the mountains. The negative ions around the flexible moving water allow the relaxation of internal resistance in the mind so that there is allowance of higher frequency thought to come into the little windows in the thought patterns. Upgrading our thought, perspective, understanding is essential to growth. When we open those windows further to see the little subtleties within the fabric of Life from a calm spirit we can be secure enough to be flexible in our connections with other humans and be of benefit to the world.
