The invitation theme was exactly what I wanted for my Christmas themed baby shower, and coordinated well with the theme and colors of the event. The invite is printed on quality paper, above my expectations, and the print appeared very professional. The invitation overall greatly exceeded the quality of invitations I've seen on other sites or stores. The printing was flawless, exactly as I created it and true to expected font sizes, as it appeared in the order preview. There were no stray ink marks or smudges, and I was completely satisfied with the excellent quality of the product overall.

We liked the invitations, but we were sent someone else's order....so now we're running behind on getting our own invitations sent. We were told that ours would be reprinted and expedited to arrive within 3 days, but no sign of them yet. And.... there's no reference to replacement invitations with we look up our Zazzle account. Zazzle doesn't take calls on Saturday and Sunday... and there's no place on their website to chat about a service issue. If this mess is cleaned up quickly I'd be happy to replace this review with a more generous rating. The printing was fine, but we received some else's invitations. See photos attached below.
