Close-up photo of Pink Fairy Duster flowers. This is a shrub native to the southwestern deserts and arid grasslands in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Mexico. The botanical name is Calliandra eriophylla, Calliandra meaning "beautiful stamens" and eriophylla is Greek for "woolly leaf". Other common names include Mock Mesquite, Pink Mimosa, Stickpea and Mequitella. It is related to acacias and mimosas. They thrive in the heat and are very drought tolerant. This photo was taken along the Pine Creek Loop Trail, which can be accessed at the Ballentine Trail Head off the Beeline Highway, about 40 minutes or so from Pheonix. This is a very scenic loop trail, about 3 miles in length. This image can be transferred to other products. I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
