Just to point out the Date: Oct 2009 - The water was at an all time low, just wanted to point that out. This is the Hoover Dam, others like calling it Boulder Dam. It holds back a lot of water, and creates electricity. While it's hard to see on this, there is a bus on the dam... Within the next few years you won't be allowed to ride over the dam, they are building a huge bridge to prevent terrorist attacks.
