Colour with Miwaclay Postcard

All proceeds from sales will be donated to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund at WHO. Drawings created by Miwa Neishi for the people to enjoy the time of colouring - specially during this difficult time of the COVID-19 crisis. Coming from Japan to US, Miwa practices her art primarily with clay but given that access to her studio space is restricted during the lock down, she returns to drawing symmetrical drawings, inspired by mandala, the tree of life, and other cultural art histories that inspires her to create her sculptures. The abstract shapes are free-form, hand-drawn and rendered into digital designs. Miwa hopes many can participate in enjoying the process of her art practice through this colouring project. She hopes the result of the coloured images may serve any who seek a peaceful and energetic feeling, adding creativity to their everyday lives.
