Colourful Pi Jigsaw Puzzle

I received the jigsaw this morning and was really underwhelmed when I opened it, it isn’t packed like any other jigsaw I’ve bought, aesthetically unattractive small box containing a very flimsy jigsaw which had some of the pieces still joined together, I had to carefully prize the pieces apart so they didn’t break. Even with the online discount it certainly wasn’t worth what I paid. The colours are reasonable.

Nice compact box, however, the picture of the jigsaw on the box is literally no more than 4 x 3 inches and as this is supposed to be a gift for someone to make the jigsaw based on the picture - I'm not sure how they are supposed to do that with such a small picture?! Can I suggest the box contains a larger picture of the jigsaw for those less able to see the extremely small details on the box sticker.

Sir,A great product of quality,which really was, jolly good as a Christmas present for my brother in-law ,who is a mushroom expert here in England. The design,size and convenience of such a present ,was exactly what I was looking for. He was at first "puzzled"as to the what the Christmas present could be,but was delighted by the contents.He was certainly very happy and made from a fun present.
