The first mug I ordered was the wrong one but customer service were great help when I told them I ordered wrong one they try to cancel my first one I ordered but found out it hard all ready Bern shipped so they credit my account to the value of what I paid which was £17.00 pounds and they said to keep hold of the original one and then I reordered my mug so helpful.
