The design was inspired by the diversity flag commonly used by multiple social activist groups and the emblems commonly seen in companies. A saying was added to provide motivation and to help others to grasp your belief in yourself. The neuro portion is represented by the brain. Deciding on the round shape of the ring was used to increase the use of this design in multiple products.
