Countess on Horseback (Elegant Brown Horse) Card
This design features a painting by the Bavarian artist Albrecht Adam (1786–1862). It shows an aristocratic woman on horseback. She is riding sidesaddle. The elegance of the horse's silky coat mirrors the soft velvet of the woman's dress. The woman is Countess Caroline von Waldbott-Bassenheim. In the background can be seen Leutstetten Castle in Bavaria, Germany. She is wearing a top hat on her head. The brown horse is performing a trot. It is an incredibly beautiful equine animal.

I visited the Watts Gallery earlier this year which was one of our best family days out ever, what a talent Watts was and his wife come to that. The image is perfect for a romantic occasion though I made the mistake of thinking it was a greeting card when in fact it is a postcard - my mistake but easily happens.
Took a little while to print and to be sent from overseas I think. Good quality card and printing.

The artwork and paper quality are good BUT it is only a card and not a bi-fold blank card as I had expected. It was my mistake as I hadn't noticed when ordering. However I think that a single page card would be be very limiting to send to a 90 year old. The quality was excellent.
