Disappointed with the paper and print qualityI was really excited to receive these invitations, but unfortunately, they didn't quite live up to what I expected from the website.
The main issue is the paper weight. The website indicated they would be quite thick, but the ones I received feel much thinner than expected and lack that premium feel. Additionally, the lettering isn't as crisp or clear as it should be, making some of the smaller event details a bit hard to read.
The customer service from this company is usually great, so I'm hoping this was just a one-off printing issue, but I wanted to share my honest experience!
