The final product far exceeded my expectations when it arrived. It feels solid, looks impressive, and I love the style. It has a very solid lid which is still easy to remove and re fit. Looks great in the Stainless Steel and it was delivered on time and very well packaged. I have only one little niggle, and that is the logo background colour of black doesn't quite match the black that they company uses so you can see the slight difference is tones. It would have been great if these matched and to be honest, I am not sure if that is something I would have to do my end before uploading or if this could be sorted at the printing stage.

I love the stainless steel look of this product. Automatically makes it look more valuable. The ability to choose the background yourself is great and I love that I can change the lighting of the selected picture as well as choose the font that best fits the mood and tone I'm going for. I designed this mug as a replacement gift after I accidentally broke my mom's personalized mug. I presented it to her and she seemed to really love the thought and effort put into it, although I think she just liked that I selected the "right" photo. LOL. Pretty good. The image and background does naturally look darken and faded on steel though-so I suggest brightening up the photo or pumping up the contrast or saturation. Don't pick a background or image that's already too faded.
