I ordered a single test print of the invitations and they looked perfect. But when I ordered a full print job, the invitations arrived with a darker black box around the graphics on the front and inside flap. I requested customer support and ordered a replacement after describing the issue and uploading photos. The replacement arrived with the same issue. In the attached photos, you can see the original test print on the left, with no black box around the graphics. And on the right is what I received when I placed my final order. I’m really disappointed because I can’t wait any longer to send out invitations. I’m going to have to send them as is. I will be going with a different site for future print jobs for our wedding. .
