This seemed like an interesting animal and I thought It could be a challenge to draw/paint and might help inspire me. They seem a bit like guinea pigs in body build but with a really crazy hairdoo XD I also liked the idea of the contrast of delicate looking flowers next to those crazy pokey spines.
