The proportion of the Cuban flag is 1:2. The Flag of Cuba was adopted in 1902. The first use of the current flag design was in 1868. The last change to the current Cuban flag design was in 1902.

Good quality paper hats they didn't tear. They were comfortable enough to wear. Only disappointing thing was price of shipping making them quite pricey... Very pleased with the printing. Colour was good. You could make out the picture even though it was very small and text was easy to read.
