Some brownish red shapes that can cause the perception of depth, relief or crooked, and that has some degree of 'groove' or rainy as if they looked like saw marks. I ran the image through a colour filter and it resulted in a mix of some burgundy and beige.
This resemble twisted slices of acrylic or with format of camouflage?
