To be hones I thought I will receive something badly printed and low quality. But, this exceeded my expectations by a lot! Quality of the print was good, resolution was great, mug is comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. Also, very easy to use their editor to create a design. Pretty damn good! Surprised me with it's high quality.

This is a beautiful, high quality mug I gave as a gift to my son-in-law for his birthday. He loves it. The flag was a great choice for him, with only one exception, the photo I chose covered up more of the flag's waves which show a grayish color for shadowing so it looks like there is a grayish smear on the opposite side of the mug. I had to re-look at the background I chose and then I realized it is just the fold area of a waving flag. He loves it though! I didn't have any printing of text, just a photo and it turned out well. I am happy these mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe.
