The program to upload a logo and have it turned into a stamp pattern was easy. The stamp came early and is with a made sturdy wood base and handle. The product came exactly as described. I was worried about a custom printed rubber stamp with so many small details but it looks just like the sample and I use this for my business frequently.

The stamp looks really nice and of great quality. I am giving 5 stars because I don't know if it's me or the actual product but you have to be extremely careful with the ink and how much you press. We messed up so many envelopes because is hard to tell if the whole image will show. I hope I get better at this.
