The ornament I ordered was exactly what I expected. It is very nice. I guess I did not realize that I was that close to Christmas. I ordered on the 18th and got it after Christmas. I like the product - I just need to remember to give pleanty of time for delivery. Thanks. The printing is fine except that the & sign fell where the ribbon hole is so it was chopped off a little but you still get the sentament.
